I think it is done. I may glaze and tinker after I stretch it-- right now the canvas is unstretched for transport.

I can't find out. I've asked. I've seen it also on a concrete shed in a park. I'm ~still~ asking around. I'm wondering if it didn't start as a slogan for a clothing company or t-shirt or those stickers that go in the rear windows of cars.

Some degree of vexation indeed seems necessary but not sufficient. Or else there would be many more fabulous paintings. I think the easy times are good for skill-building.

Yes I agree! I do not use those easy times as I should however. I just want to sit down and breathe during them. I am trying to learn how to paint and write while at peace and while learning to be calm and patient. A very different state of mind then I have been used to in years past.

Hi Angie! I apologize for not having had time to comment on your fabulous entries lately, but I have really been enjoying seeing Lahore through your eyes, and through your art! I love the new paintings, and seeing how your style is adapting so fluently to new the imagery and themes. Please keep up the social commentary and photo documentary too, really interesting stuff. And such a long, long way from Portland--in many ways.
